Graduate Certificate in Cognitive and Aptitude Assessment
Nanyang Psychology Academy's Graduate Certificate in Applied Psychological Testing with a focus on Cognitive and Aptitude testing is a specialized programme designed to provide leaners with a solid foundation in the theory, practice, and ethical considerations related to cognitive capacity, intelligence, and aptitude psychological testing. Learners will learn how to apply standardised intelligence and aptitude testing that is recognised internationally, and used by MENSA and international schools; additionally, learners will also learn how to prepare and evaluate psychological evaluation reports and learn to interpret and understand the key elements of the tests results and reports.
This course will cover instruments such as the Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children (WISC), the Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale (WAIS), the Wechsler Individual Achievement Test (WIAT), the Wechsler Memory Scale (WMS), and the Test of Memory and Learning (TOMAL) among others.
