
Admissions Exercise for International Students (AEIS)
Key Dates and Process
Primary
1. From July 2023:

Apply for and take the Cambridge English Qualifications (CEQ) test. This test must be taken 12 months before the AEIS application submission.

The CEQ test is conducted by Cambridge Assessment English (CAE) at authorized exam centers worldwide.
2. By July 2024:
-
Receive CEQ test results. Your child must meet the required Cambridge English Scale (CES) score to apply for the AEIS-Primary Mathematics test.
3. July 2024:

Apply for the AEIS-Primary Mathematics test if your child has met the required CES score. Submit the application online via the Candidates Portal (CP). Applications may close early if all test places are filled.
4. August 2024:

Receive entry proof. If the application is approved and payment is successful, you will be informed to download the entry proof from the CP.
5. Thu, 5 September 2024:
-
Take the AEIS-Primary Mathematics test in Singapore.
6. December 2024:
-
Release of outcome. Based on test performance, your child may be offered a place in a school. Check the outcome online.
7. January 2025:
-
Start school. Successful applicants will start school in the new academic year.

Admission is subject to the child's performance in the tests and the availability of school vacancies.

Applicants must report to the offered school within the reporting period to secure their place.

Take the AEIS-Secondary English and Mathematics tests in Singapore.

Release of outcome. Check the results online to see if your child has been offered a school place.
5. December 2024 to January 2025:

Report to school if offered a place.

Failure to do so may result in the offer being given to another applicant.
6. January 2025:

Start school in the new academic year.
